Outdoor charger configurations
For fleets that work beyond the warehouse.

Range features and configuration
A purpose-built outdoor cabinet for industrial fleets, including ground support equipment. Plan the cabinet, parking positions and power supply together.
Power & configuration
The catalogue specifies a NEMA 3R compliant cabinet. The SAU OD datasheet also lists IP54 ingress protection. These ratings describe different protection systems; confirm the specified cabinet, exposure, placement, connectors and installation for your site.

Match the profile
Chemistry, capacity, voltage and charge limits determine how your battery should be charged.
Check the supply
Confirm phase, voltage, available circuit capacity and total charging demand with your installer.
Make connection easy
Confirm connector type, polarity, cable length, mounting and any battery communication requirements.
An apron or port-yard charging bay
Start with where equipment parks and how pooled vehicles move between shifts. Record cable reach, connector stowage, traffic routes and impact protection. Review rain exposure, drainage, temperature, dust and salt with the installer; an ingress rating alone does not resolve every site condition.

Plan the charging installation.
Mounting, cable reach and access matter as much as the charger rating. Share your layout so we can discuss a configuration for your operation.

Typical applications
GSE and industrial equipment charging outside the warehouse, with the cabinet, parking positions and connections reviewed together.
When to choose a different range
Choose an indoor range for a protected indoor bay. Outdoor cabinet protection does not establish battery-temperature suitability or hazardous-area approval. Confirm the specified NEMA 3R / IP54 enclosure, exposure and installation for the actual site.

Compare published single-output ratings
Representative models from the existing reviewed data. These are module ratings, not combined outdoor or multi-output cabinet specifications. Follow each model link for its source date and availability limits. A dash means no published output at that voltage.
| Model | kW | Phases | AC input A | 24 V output A | 48 V output A | 80 V output A |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SFR48-4 | 4 | 3 | 7 | 135 | 80 | — |
| SFR80-6.5 | 6.5 | 3 | 11 | 90 | 90 | 80 |
| SFV48-8 | 8 | 3 | 14 | 200 | 160 | — |
| SFX80-18 | 18 | 3 | 31 | 210 | 210 | 210 |
Maximum output requires a matched battery profile and approved charge limits. Use the selector to compare hardware at your battery voltage; its lead-acid planning time is not a battery-specific guarantee.
