Forms
Sales and support forms send the name, business, email, phone, postcode, enquiry details and optional marketing preference you enter to Netlify Forms for our Australian team to review. Sales enquiries go to sales.au@stanburyee.com; technical support and service enquiries go to support.au@stanburyee.com. Marketing consent is optional and separate from handling your enquiry. You can withdraw it by contacting us. When CRM intake is enabled, quote requests and data-sheet download details are securely recorded as prospects in SAU Flow for our Australian team. The form tells you when this is active. Otherwise, downloads remain local and quote enquiries use Netlify Forms. A private Netlify retry queue retains intake details for up to 30 days during delivery; successful delivery removes the queued contact details. CRM records support enquiry handling and follow-up. Marketing consent is recorded separately and does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list. Sandbox checkout redirects to Stripe, which receives the sample delivery and payment details entered there. Do not include payment details or sensitive personal information in an enquiry. To request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, contact sales.au@stanburyee.com. Enquiries are retained in our Netlify account for handling and follow-up; a documented retention policy must be approved before the corporate launch.
Basket and calculator
The accessories basket and your last calculated shortlist are stored in session storage, scoped to this browser tab. They contain product SKUs, quantities, battery specifications and cut-sheet preferences, not raw contact details. A random lead submission ID and a request fingerprint may be kept temporarily to prevent duplicate retries. A temporary random checkout token stays in this tab to retrieve payment status. Use the basket’s remove buttons to clear products.
External resources
Product images, PDF templates and the original catalogue are served locally. The local preview server reads public charger specifications and calculation settings from SAU Flow. The hosted review serves a dated public catalogue snapshot. Only curated model names are requested; The public catalogue lookup sends no visitor details. Enabled enquiry intake separately sends the contact details and requested battery/model configuration described above. The fonts are served from this site. External links open the referenced public sites. This preview has no analytics or tracking integrations.
Sandbox payment records
Netlify stores checkout attempt identifiers, basket SKUs and quantities, Stripe session and invoice IDs, amounts and signed-event processing records. It does not copy customer addresses, email addresses or payment details from Stripe. These records are for sandbox testing only, with no ERP orders or dispatch. Test records should be removed after testing; Stripe holds the sample checkout details under its own account controls.
Before launch
A production site needs a reviewed privacy policy, real product pricing and stock, secure payment and freight services, approved enquiry retention arrangements and product specifications. This preview is deliberately excluded from search indexing.
