What the store covers

These terms cover store accessories and spares supplied by Stanbury & Co Pty Ltd, ABN 78 149 070 011, to individuals and businesses. Industrial battery chargers are supplied by quotation. The industrial charger warranty applies within its stated scope; it does not extend to all store accessories.

Prices and shipping

All store prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is a flat $15 per order, including GST. The full payable total includes the items and shipping; no extra GST or card surcharge is added. The store shows the delivered total alongside verified item prices and again before checkout. No delivery timeframe or service coverage is promised by these terms.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges solely because you change your mind. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Problems with a product

Contact sales.au@stanburyee.com with your order details and a description of the problem. We may assess the product to determine the appropriate remedy. Original packaging is not required for an Australian Consumer Law claim.

Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, for a major failure you can choose a refund or replacement. For other failures, we will provide the remedy required by law. Rights to compensation and other remedies remain available as required by law.

Returning a product with a confirmed problem

For a confirmed consumer guarantee problem, reasonable return costs will be reimbursed. For large, heavy or installed items, collection or return will be arranged at our expense where legally required. Contact us to discuss the appropriate return or assessment arrangements.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Please contact our Australian team if you need help with a store purchase.
