Technical support & service

chargers on your site.

Contact our Australian team for technical support, service and warranty enquiries.

Before you send an enquiry

Help us identify the charger and the issue.

Charger: model and serial number from the nameplate.
Issue: the exact display message and what happened before it appeared.
Battery: manufacturer or model, voltage, chemistry and capacity if known.
Conditions: when the issue occurs and any heat, cold, moisture or dust exposure.

Photos of the charger and battery nameplates, display and connector markings can help. Email them to support.au@stanburyee.com; this form does not accept attachments.

Need a replacement part?

Include the charger model and the part’s markings. For a connector or cable, include its type, cable size and required length rather than relying on colour alone.

Do not open the charger or attempt internal repairs. Service work must be carried out by authorised, suitably qualified personnel.
